ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
MISS SUMMIT INTERNATIONAL:
1. Entrant is between 18 to 29 years of age by January 1, 2023.
2. Is a natural born female
3. Is single, widowed, divorced or legally separated with or without children.
4. Has never posed nude in film or print media.
5. Must not have any past or current criminal record.
MS. SUMMIT INTERNATIONAL:
1. Entrant is between 30 to 55 years of age by January 1, 2023.
2. Is a natural born female
3. Is single, widowed, divorced or legally separated with or without children
4. Has never posed nude in film or print media.
5. Must not have any past or current criminal record.
MRS. SUMMIT INTERNATIONAL:
1. Entrant is at least 18 years of age by January 1, 2023.
2. Is a natural born female
3. Is married by January 1, 2023 and must be residing with spouse.
4. Has never posed nude in film or print media.
5. Must not have any past or current criminal record.
PROCEDURES FOR AN APPLICATION:
1. Application deadline: June 30, 2023
2. Contestants are responsible for obtaining their travel documents and visas to the USA. Please consult the nearest US Embassy or Consulate for advice. Early submission of the visa application is highly recommended, as it may take several weeks to obtain proper travel documents.
3. COST: A nonrefundable and non-transferable application fee of $2,000.00 USD. Applications cannot be processed without payment. Accepted forms of payment includes online payment, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and Wire Transfer.
*A late fee of $100 will be incurred if all required payments and documents are not received by June 30, 2023. *
Entrance fee includes:
Official entry to our annual competition
Official Titleholder's embroidered sash (the sash will be provided to you upon your arrival at the hotel during the pageant week)
Hotel Accommodations (shared with another contestant) during the pageant week.

BACKSTAGE RULES AND REGULATIONS:
NO ONE is allowed in the backstage dressing area during the final pageant other than the contestant and staff members of SAKA Production Inc. We will have staff backstage to help with changing if necessary. NO ONE is allowed onstage immediately after the crowning to allow time for the Pageant Photographer to take the official pictures of the winners and the court.
WARDROBE REQUIREMENTS:
Interview Outfit – A nice dress or skirt suit, something that reflects your style and personality.
National Costume – Something unique that represent the ancestral or symbol of your country.
Swimsuit – A one piece or a two-piece swimsuit with clear or nude-colored shoes.
Evening Gown – A floor length formal dress, any style, any color. The value of the gown will not be evaluated.
Rehearsals – 2 Black Pants.
Welcome Dinner – A floor length formal dress, any style, any color.
DOCUMENTS NEEDED:
1. Official application
2. Two headshots and one full body, professional high-quality photos (no selfie), no sash and crown allowed.
3. Copy of driver license or passport
4. Final divorce decree for previously married contestants
5. Copy of marriage license for Mrs. contestants
**Delegates are responsible for obtaining their travel documents and visas to the USA. Please consult the nearest US Embassy or Consulate for advice. Early submission of the visa application is highly recommended, as it may take several weeks to obtain proper travel documents.
Delegates are responsible for their own transportation to and from host hotel, hair and make-up artists at all times.
All payment submitted for advertisements, sponsorships, entrance fees, donations, tickets and miscellaneous items are non-refundable.
Delegates are required to wear uniform (T-shirts, swimsuit, shoes, etc.) provided by SAKA Production Inc. during the pageant week and onstage during the final competition.
SAKA Production Inc. is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property of the delegates, their friends and their families.
Delegates will be provided with the contract and rules for the delegate, Queen and Runner-Ups at the delegate’s orientation. As a condition of participation in the pageant, all delegates must sign this contract prior to the pageant.
All tabulation results, including judge’s scoring sheets, are the property of SAKA Production Inc. All tabulation results, including judges’ scoring sheets, are proprietary trade secrets which are strictly confidential. The final results are not subject to challenge and all delegates, including any of their representatives, hereby voluntarily waive any right to challenge or otherwise contest the results of the pageant. Any questions regarding the scoring system must be raised at least one week prior to the pageant.
The Summit International Pageants is owned and operated by SAKA Production Inc. Any use of the name includes public, private; TV, photos or any appearances must get prior written approval from SAKA Production Inc.
SAKA Production Inc. reserves the right to amend or supplement the Rules & Regulation at any time. **
