RULES & REQUIREMENTS
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Miss. Summit International
1. Entrant must be between 18 and 29 years of age at the time of entry.
2. Entrant must be natural-born female.
3. Entrant may be single, widowed, divorced, or legally separated, with or without children.
4. Entrant must not have a criminal record.
Ms. Summit International
1. Entrant must be between 30 to 50 years of age at the time of entry.
2. Entrant must be natural-born female.
3. Entrant may be single, widowed, divorced, or legally separated, with or without children.
4. Entrant must not have a criminal record.
Mrs. Summit International
1. Entrant must be between 18 to 50 years of age at the time of entry.
2. Entrant must be natural-born female.
3. Entrant must be married at the time of entry.
4. Entrant must not have a criminal record.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE & FEE:
1. Application Deadline: May 31, 2025
2. Entrant is responsible for her own travel expenses and visa arrangements to the host hotel.
3. The application fees are $2,000 USD (non-refundable and non-transferable).
4. The application cannot be processed without an initial payment of $100 USD.
5. Payments are accepted via Visa, Mastercard, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and Wire Transfer.

BACKSTAGE & ONSTAGE RULES AND REGULATIONS:
No one is allowed in the backstage dressing area during the event other than contestants and staff members of Summit International LLC. Staff will be available backstage to assist with changing if necessary.
Family members, friends, or supporters are not permitted onstage during or after the crowning moment.
WARDROBE REQUIREMENTS:
Interview Outfit – A nice dress or skirt suit, something that reflects your style and personality.
National Costume – Something unique that represent the ancestral or symbol of your country.
Swimsuit – A swimsuit will be provided upon check-in. Contestant will need to bring clear or nude-colored shoes.
Evening Gown – A floor-length formal dress in any style and color.
Rehearsals – 2 pairs of black pants.
Welcome Dinner – A floor-length formal dress in any style and color.

- Official application
- Two headshots and a full-body shot without the sash and crown. The photos must be in high resolution quality and no selfies are allowed.
- A photocopy of driver license or passport
- A photocopy of your marriage certificate is required for Mrs. Division.
Contestants' Responsibilities:
- Contestant is responsible for her own expenses, including travel visas, transportation to and from the host hotel, and hair and makeup.
- Contestant is required to wear uniforms, t-shirts, swimsuits, shoes, high heels, etc., provided by the organization or sponsors during pageant week and onstage during the competition.
- Contestant is required to sign the Rules & Regulations Agreement during the orientation.
Disclosures:
- All payments submitted for advertisements, sponsorships, entrance fees, donations, show tickets and other miscellaneous items are non-refundable.
- All tabulation results, including judges' scoring sheets, are the property of Summit International Pageants LLC. All tabulation results, including judges' scoring sheets, are proprietary trade secrets that are strictly confidential. The final result is not subject to challenge and all contestants, including any of their representatives, hereby voluntarily waive any rights to challenge or contest the results of the pageant.
- Miss / Ms / Mrs Summit International are registered and trademarks. They are owned and operated by Summit International Pageants LLC. Any use of the name, including public or private setting, TV commercials, photos, or any appearances, must receive prior written approval from Summit International Pageants LLC.
- Summit International Pageants LLC reserves the right to amend supplement the Rules and Regulations Agreement at any time.
