JAMIE RIOS
Jaime Rios is a veteran in the pageant industry with over 20 years of experience as a director, judge, emcee and pageant producer. Having been a judge in more than 100 pageants, Jaime is a sought-after and highly desired pageant coach, his most recent recognition being Beyond the Crown Achievement Award 2021. As a bilingual school outreach worker, Jaime has been recognized through awards such as the Hero Award 2020 and the Helping Hand Award 2021.
The San Bernardino City Unified School District has awarded Jaime the Golden Apple Award, the Crystal Apple Award, and the prestigious “Making Hope Happen” honor, which was awarded by the school district’s superintendent himself. Other achievements include the 2017 Citizen of Achievement Award by the League of Women Voters, the 2017 Black Rose Award, and the All Men Rock in 2019 award. Jaime Rios is a prime example of hard work and dedication, motivated by his love for his community and eagerness to help others. |
JENNIFER LE
Jennifer Le is a 3-time pageant titleholder and is best known as the first Vietnamese-American woman to become Mrs. World since the inception of the pageant in 1984. In 2018, Jennifer leveraged her talent acquisition background in tech and founded a 501c3 nonprofit with the mission to close the gender gap in the tech field by getting girls excited about technology at an early age and providing financial assistance to students through grants and scholarships. More recently, Jennifer started her own career coaching company to help candidates of diverse backgrounds land lucrative jobs at top tech companies. Her previous experience working at Accenture, Meta/Facebook, and Apple has proven to be invaluable in helping candidates stand out in a competitive job market. Outside of her nonprofit and professional work, Jennifer is a loving mother to a 7-year-old. She enjoys spending time with family, playing sound bowls and offering encouragement to others through her YouTube channel.

ALIZSA RAQUEL
Alizsa Raquel (Uhhh Leee zaaa); a woman of many hats. She is the founder of LUX Fatals (Feyyy-tals) Models. Pageant coach, experienced international pageant judge. She is also an experienced model with an uncontainable passion for fashion. In the past, she has worked with highly creative and like-minded visionary fashion enthusiasts. She loves every aspect of her career because of how rewarding it has proved to be over the years. Besides the world of fashion and beauty, she is also a commercial pilot and loves to be adventurous.

BILL VICTOR ARUCAN
Award winning producer, actor, and writer, Bill Victor Arucan, grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. Bill Victor graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and completed post-graduate studies in Management Information Science.
Bill Victor lives in Alameda, California, and has 24 years experience in the financial services industry. He has since left the financial services industry and started his encore career in the independent film industry focused on horror and science fiction. Bill Victor’s awards and nominations come from working on the feature film AMERICAN WISPER (2020) and a short film ROUTINE (2020). Bill Victor is currently working on ROUTINE’s feature film sequel titled STAYCATION. Bill Victor produces various filmmaking projects. He owns "ALIEN DONUT FILMS (TM)" and looks forward to new types of science fiction films starting with the family-friendly franchise film Alien Danger! With Raven van Slender which premiered at Mann’s Chinese Theater to great reviews. Bill Victor is the Producer, Writer, Second-Director, and lead actor Raven van Slender. Bill Victor partners and collaborates with renowned horror film director James Balsamo who has over 100+ films to his credit. The winners of this pageant will sign on with Bill Victor and James for future films. |
RACHEL GRANT
Rachel Grant (de Longueuil) is a British, Philippine-born actress, TV host, travel writer and packing expert who is based in New York. She is notable for her role as Peaceful in the James Bond film Die Another Day opposite Pierce Brosnan and played the adventurous host in the travel show Tour Group on Bravo.
She is a former Miss Hawaiian Tropic Great Britain and Miss Philippines United Kingdom and has participated in pageants as a contestant, as well as a judge, in the UK, Singapore, Las Vegas, Vietnam, the Philippines and the Bahamas. Rachel’s travels have taken her to more than 80 countries and she has shared her packing tips on the Rachael Ray Show, Bravo, Hallmark's Home & Family, Today.com and is author of the book “Making a difference” - a collection of inspirational stories from her travels. Her award-winning video “How to Pack Over 100 items into a Carry-On” was an instant hit and her videos have since accumulated over 200 million views. In 2018 Rachel was made the first Ambassador of the Béarn region in France - the place her grandfather, the artist Baron Raymond Grant de Longueuil, resided. |
