By signing this Electronic Signature Acknowledgment Form, I agree that my electronic signature is the legally binding equivalent to my handwritten signature. Whenever I execute an electronic signature, it has the same validity and meaning as my handwritten signature. I will not, at any time in the future, repudiate the meaning of my electronic signature or claim that my electronic signature is not legally binding.
I agreed to all terms and condition provided by the SAKA Production Inc., I certify that all information submitted online and on paper are true and correct. If any of the following is not true or cease to be true at any time during my participation in the Summit International Pageants, I will be excused from any further participation in the Summit International Pageants and will immediately relinquish any and all titles and prizes bestowed upon me as a result of my participation in the Summit International Pageants. I further certify that I am a natural born female at ages 18 and older; I am currently married and currently living with my husband (for Mrs. Summit International) or single/divorced/legally separated (for Miss & Ms. Summit International), I have never been arrested or convicted of any crime; that I have never taken, posed, and/or modeled for any nude photograph(s), and/or other sexually explicit multimedia media/medium; that I am not aware of any physical or psychological conditions that may limit my ability to participation in the Summit International Pageants and related activities. I understand that the application fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. I will not seek any reimbursement of costs I expended during, arising out of, related to, or resulting from my participation in the Summit International Pageants and all related activities. I hereby fully release the SAKA Production Inc., its employees, volunteers, shareholders, officers, directors, contractors, successors, agents, and assigns from any and all responsibility for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection with my participation in the Summit International Pageants and all related activities whether resulting from but not limited to acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, food poisoning, travel, and mechanical or other failure of transportation. I hereby authorize the SAKA Production Inc. to use my name, likeness, image, photographs, writings, recordings, and personality derived from my participation in the SAKA Production Inc. and all related activities for any and all purposes; including but not limited to publicity, promotions, marketing, advertising, distribution, and sale without any obligation for remuneration or compensation. I understand that the name, location, and date of the event is subject to change. I have fully read this agreement and understand the terms and conditions contained herein and I agree to be bound by such. Electronic Signature Agreement. By selecting the "I Accept" button, you are signing this Agreement electronically. You agree your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this Agreement.
